Since 1947, Jade has been involved in the design, development, and manufacture of highly specialized, engineered machine parts, specialty tooling, and production machines. One would think that given our rich technical history, our precision components company would have produced every type of part possible many times over, but it is through our constant research process and technological advancement that we can say that we never produce the same part twice.
Low Quantity for High Precision
At Jade, most of the work we produce is extremely complex, involving very close tolerances and subsequently, lower quantities. In such cases, our machine and production shop offers ultra high custom precision machining services to produce the dimensional accuracy and quality needed for specified applications. In fact, the volume of many custom-made machine parts needed is too low to justify other forms of fabrication, such as casting or molding where the level of precision and strength pales in comparison. For most of our prototype and contract machining jobs, it is through manual craftsmanship and CNC precision technology that we are able to achieve nanometer-level accuracy and the best in strength, quality, and integrity.
